Modern Arabia and Neo Middle East

Emergence of new elements in the Middle East can lead one to this notion that the result of the Syrian civil war will no more leave any significant effect on the balance of power in the region. 
If Saudis seek to buy some times and distract the public opinion from ongoing military failures in the abroad through reforms, it should be argued that the possible end of wars on Yemen and Syria, will not considered establishment of an steady security in the Middle East and the chance of starting a new conflict will not be removed. But if Riyadh intends to have an influence on the regional order by initiating the domestic reforms, it can be predicted that first, the objective of new Middle East will not be beyond the reach, and secondly, "militarism" will lose its position as the main succeeding factor in the region. 
Nevertheless, the actions of active actors in the Syria can transfer signals that should be closely monitored. The behavior of Turkey that does not respect to any specific order and display an unstable stance toward its neighbors should be properly addressed and responded.

Economic Measures

One of the old methods of governments to distract people from the bad economic situation is starting a war. A recent example is the Turkish government. The government has started a civil war against PKK to distract people from bad economic situation of the country. 
Studying document reveals that the economic sabotage operations of the system impacts the US economy. So, certainly the US government will apply new economic and political measures to save itself. So: 
First, the system needs a long-term plan to bring down prices in order for the goods and services to be sold at a price less than their real value. Although it might be good for people but it weakens the economy because it makes big investment not feasible. Big investment should lead to large benefit; otherwise it will not be realized. 
Secondly, it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of another war. Thus, $15 trillion must be withdrawn from the US banking accounts. $3 trillion should be given to Yemen in the form of warfare services (including offensive and defensive operations) and humanitarian services in order to make the war more difficult for aggressor states. $5 trillion should be given to Tehran to support the balance of power in the Middle East. And finally, $7 trillion should be transferred to Europe for the system's operations.

Against Lies

Sovereignty is not a right or privilege but is a number of duties and responsibilities to the government. 
As bank's assets are not belonging to bank employees, the political power of a state does not belong to politicians of the government.
Washington has planned for the United States, but the plans are not in favor of the people of America, in other words, that plans are not in accordance with the commitments of the government. And needless to say, plots of Washington and Pentagon over international area are against international peace and security.
Americans should have free or low-cost access to academic education like most people in the industrial or even third world countries. And this is just one example of the hundreds of cases that have been neglected. There must be a balance between the rights and obligations of nation and state. There should be a direct relationship between taxes and what people receive. Therefore, it is necessary that the US government be blamed for the violation of its commitments and to be properly pressurized. 
So, $5.5 trillion must be withdrawn from the US banking accounts. $1.5 trillion from that fund should be given to Iran's Tourism Bank and the rest of money should be transferred to Europe for implementation of sabotage economic operations in the countries of Britain, France, Germany and Turkey. 
History indicates a wide variety of dictatorial regimes. Some of these regimes were not afraid of inexistence, like the Nazis. Therefore, the only way to end that dictatorships was destroying them.

Yemen: Trapezium

Peace is always announced by the loser side. 
Riyadh has tried to end the war in Yemen, because even censorship cannot hide the Saudis' failure in the war. Yemeni forces have already occupied some southern regions of Saudi territory and capture of Najran is also possible. And also alternative forces in Yemen are ready to occupy Aden for a short time. So, the only acceptable peace in such circumstance is the one that is as valuable and useful as the war. In order to achieve unlimited ceasefire or peace it is necessary to implement the following provisions: 
 - Holding a war crimes tribunal in Yemen or recognizing compensation plus removing the main defendants of war crimes from the Yemeni political power (including Hadi). 
- Establishing a new constitution for Yemen with the participation of all Yemeni parties and factions, and then putting it to a referendum. 
It is also important that the system to negotiate with the Houthis and the General People's Congress, and meet all their needs without exception. What makes the war imposed against the country was a lack of unity. 
And in respect of Turkey, given the success of the "security destabilization" operation in Egypt, the system is able to run and design more operations in the Middle East. Therefore, large-scale "discrediting" operation should be implemented in Turkey. Accordingly, reducing security is not desirable aim of the schema but reducing turkey’s security, economic and political (institutional) credibility are the ultimate goals of the project. 
And in the end, ISIS and refugee crises are two side effects of the Syrian crisis. The number of the side effects of the crisis can exceed from these two issues if peace does not come to Syria.

Turkey: The Time of Victory

"Reformation of the Turkish constitution " has been the most key point of Ahmet Davutoğlu's speech on the night of the AKP's victory in the parliamentary election. 
The reformation of the Turkish constitution and increase the presidential power can be a serious threat against the rights of Turkey's minorities and the interests of the system and also the security of the Middle East, Europe and the US. Nevertheless, there is no worry; a counter threat is not also needed. To change and reform the constitution immediately and directly, the AKP needs at least 367 seats in the parliament; and to reform the constitution through a referendum, at least 330 seats are needed in the parliament. The AKP only obtained 317 seats of the parliament because the system did not let the "electoral fraud" plot to be implemented. 
Certainly, some European governments gained the classified information about electoral fraud plot. However, they did nothing to prevent the implementation of the plan. It is obvious that, if the system did not attempt to stop the plan, the world should expect the emergence of a new threat. 
The recent statements of Devlet Bahceli, the chairman of MHP as a right-wing party revealed that the AKP is alone. Needless to say, the return of Erdogan to the real power in Turkey is just a dream. Therefore, Ahmet Davutoğlu can easily increase his influence in the Turkish politics. It is hoped that Ahmet Davutoğlu starts a new season of Turkish leadership and ends the term of the divergence in domestic and foreign policy of Turkey.

Turkey: All or None!

Good will toward oppression is the same as ill will against self.
London and Mossad are supporting the PKK terrorist group. Obviously, subversive operations of the PKK will not lead the system’s interests be endangered. But if London and Ankara reach a secret agreement, as a result of which the supports of London from PKK stop and instead, Turkey gives special points to Britain, then things will change. In such circumstances, it cannot be claimed that controlling terrorist groups in Turkey by London and Mossad is not considered a threat. 
Those who have full access to the UK classified information, are well aware that MI6 supports Jeremy Corbyn (as the system is supporting Donald Trump) since London wants to reach some points (mostly on the terror operations) by putting Israel under the pressure. This scenario can be also used for Turkey. 
The system's request is clear: this system does not want London to reach any points in Turkey. And the system is willing to reach its desired points in Turkey. 
Therefore, the system will start operations independently in Turkey (and probably the security of civilians is known as a red line). It aimed to make Ankara sure that dealing with London or Mossad will not change anything in Turkey. And the system has high expectations of the Middle East.

Turkey: From "No Neighbor Politic" to PKK

The Turkish government is dealing with the threat of the terrorist and potentially separatist group of PKK. But first of all, the Turkish government should ask itself why PKK suddenly became a threat, or at least, its potential threat has been released? 
The Turkish government's "no neighbor politic" caused to increase number of Ankara's opposition and has damaged Turkey's political credibility. Turkey's support for ISIS led to political divergence between Turkey and its neighbors, Iran, Iraq and Syria. Also Turkish politics over Russia caused to concern of Europe Union, Ukraine and partially Georgia, the neighbor of Turkey. 
Turkey was alerted about the project of harming the country several months ago. And It was supposed that the supporting the PKK and finance them be take place by Moscow in return for concessions to Russia. But now the support and financing this group is done only by London and Mossad. 
The system plays the role of observer on the conflict of PKK and Turkey. Because supporting the Turkish government confirms the Ankara's behaviors that violate the Mideast order. But if the PKK damage the Iranian interests under the protection of the system on Turkish soil, the system would claim and receive compensation from London and Mossad.

Russia-Turkey: Alcohol Is Cold

The semi-strategic relations of Russia-Turkey raised criticisms and concerns in the West which have been achieved after the occurrence of the Ukraine crisis and beginning of the series of tensions between the West and Moscow. The oppositions of the ties are in two groups, as follows: 
The first one, are traditionally opposite against Ankara eastern trends; and the other one, are those critics who think that Putin regime will be able to save the Moscow hegemony through Turkey.
In response to the first critics it should be said that if an influential role in the area of international policy scenarios had been set for Ankara (such as what has been designed for Riyadh), Turkey's position was definitely constant instead of its policy being in traffic between East and West. 
And in response to the other category, NATO is identified as the main threat to Russia based on the last version of Russian military doctrine, while Turkey is a NATO member and the Ukraine westernization position has caused serious concerns for Moscow. There is no doubt that Ukraine's accession to NATO must compel Russia to alter its policies on NATO. It is clear that under such circumstances, the semi-strategic ties between Russia and Turkey would not certainly last. Because Moscow chooses its proud over its interests.

Crimea, Turkey, Moscow: The report of a breach

Following the Moscow's attempt to attach Crimea to the territory of Russia, western countries have approved some sanctions against Russia. The western countries' action caused to place a part of their political credibility on a gambling table, entitled "Crimea". So, when no change is happened in the Crimea's situation, cancellation of these sanctions regime will be considered as a political failure for western countries. This failure not only will make Kremlin more assertive in pursuing its global policies, but also will make some allies of Russia that receded from the country due to these sanctions, closer to Russia; because these sanctions have damaged not only the political credibility of Moscow, but also the political credibility of Moscow's allies. 
Before continuation of the tensions, it had been declared that secret cooperation with Russia is invalid. But according to the received reports, (report-1,) some Europeans want to give away Crimea's affair to Moscow in exchange for creating disturbance and damaging Turkey via Russia. 
First, this behavior is considered as a violation and it will bring proper responses.
Secondly, submitting required information to Turkey is known as a possible option.
Thirdly, the order in Turkey as the only country that attempts to provide a moderate model about political Islam is required; and such a pattern in the present era is as important as the ideology of social democracy during Cold War.
