Extraordinary situations need extraordinary behaviors.
The rule of law is one the main achievement of any civilization. Therefore, any behavior that endanger legacy of the global civilization is unacceptable.
The system has never broken the law. But in case of conflict between main priorities of the civilization such as principles, basic values and global security requirements, and secondary priority like local regulations, the system should make a hard decision in accordance with the principal of the “rule according to a higher law”. It is evident that choosing basic priorities over secondary ones is necessary, which was also implicitly permitted by the United States Declaration of Independence through the contents of the right of revolution.
The system honors its friendships and partnerships. But as every must know, 'attack' is the desired respond to a threat. And betrayal as the "preventive defense" and/or the premature "countermeasures" against an imminent treason is defensible, at least before a group of contemporary jurists.

Israel-Palestine: R2P
A domestic issue with international side effects is a global issue.
The current situation governing Israel-Palestine cannot be found merely domestic issues of these parties. The dispute of Israeli and Palestinian states itself has been the origin of a few wars and emergence of militia and terrorist groups in the region, which are threats against all.
The continues violation of human rights and humanitarian law by third parties like Hamas and Hezbollah under the shade of the dispute is now identified a constant parameter in this regard. Therefore, the world community and the major Arab states have this right to take advantage of all means to settle peace by invoking the principle of Responsibility to Protect. It is evident, the principle would legitimate any essential decision on behalf of Palestinian nation by the world community if the Palestinian state fails to accomplish its part.
At the end, the model of multilateral negotiation among Israel, West Bank and the GCC is recommended.

Internal Security: Third Way
"…He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire." (Matthew 3:11)
Without a doubt, the manner of the "mad king" in dealing with his enemies could be a fantasy of many, but the fear of its predictable consequences has made it into a role model for only "mad men". Therefore, eliminating the most dangerous enemies and frightening or threatening the other ones has been the only smart method in this regard. Nevertheless, it is evident that it cannot be called the "sheer security" because there are several kings outside; Russian intelligence and mob groups, for instance. And a threat will not be kept in quarantine for a long time. Accordingly, it should be eliminated.
If a group or set has been identified as a threat, it must be fully eliminated including members and related persons to them. Since a rapid purge might bring about internal disorder and involve the system into an unnecessary war, the process of purge must take place through the time, which might take months and years depending to the case.
And given the fact that the process of purge takes time, it should be backed and covered by "fear". There is golden formula for everything such a coffee. But the mentioned formula of every one might be different than the others; fear is not something typical; reputation, health, family are just some example that can be played by fear weapon. For now, the system's lab must work on pills or materials in order to disable specific the human body's organs or functions like eyesight, etc.
The family members and friends of victims will be immune, if they are unaware about or against the criminal activities of them. Also, all the victims must be respected as they are human being, which is the right of everyone; moreover, the human rights have a sacred position in the system.

Yemen: The War as a Shield
One of the covert functions of wars is unity under the flag of terror.
The upper hand of Yemen's Houthis in the war is an undeniable fact. And from now on, the war plays a pretext for Houthis to implement the lynch law against its rivals and the assassination of Ali Abdullah Saleh is a proof in this regard. On the other hand, Saudis are weak enough to be stuck in a dead end rather than accepting their defeat in the war and put an end to it.
The Only victims of this situation are kids. There is no room for mercy in dealing with passive men and women. Nevertheless, the Houthis are penetrable but there is a faint hope of influencing in their regime and make a division at this point of time. It can be considered an option after a truce. But at the present time, one can do blind assassinations against ring leaders of Houthis. It can increase pressure against them and gradually make a way out of this deadlock.

Documentation of a Protest
The lesser of two evils principle was overwhelmed by people in the latest US Presidential election. They preferred to encounter the consequences of a tough decision rather than surrendering to fear. This consciousness must be kept alive; meanwhile Donald Trump Presidency might have had a negative impact on audacity of some people.
An effective socio-political revolution or resistance takes place through a long-term scheme, just like growing a plant. Cuban revolution is a good counterexample to display the weakness of rapid acts in this regard. Resistance must not be a burden to the people. One should not call for people for taking another hard decision like what they took in 2016 elections. But it does not mean that the Democratic Party can simply present anyone as its own candidate for the following Congressional and then Presidential elections. Liberalization of the party's platform is also important for the system.
At the present time, unlike what the media and Democrats are trying to induce people to believe that the result of the latest Presidential election was a failure to democracy, the system must ensure the society that the decision was right and a milestone in the way of a forming revolution. All effective elements will be allowed when impact itself is the goal.
It is evident that situation of the Middle East is not in accordance with parameters of regional and global security; a balance of power is going to be established, which might only ensure the political security of states in the region but can undermine the human rights.
It is true that the region has no more capacity for conflicts and in this regard, one can firmly claim that Iraq owes its current security and sovereignty to the system. But the Middle East needs emergence of a new political element and capacity to make the current balance of power meet challenges. The favorite Kurdish plan for holding an independence referendum is just like allowing a big party to enter the political competition; certainly confronting the new concerns requires taking new measures and actions.
Needless to say, according to ICJ advisory opinion on Kosovo's declaration of independence, which has been considered a precedent, the possible independence of Erbil does not violate the international law even if it is against a domestic court order or constitution. And it can inspire all ethnic and religious minorities in the Middle East.
The system supports all actions that highlight the position of ethnic and religious minorities all around the world.

While Ukraine Revolution could not bring any achievement for the West except losing the Black Sea to Russia, many are still trying to be the winner of futile wars of Syria and Yemen.
It is possible to help Iranian left-wing by overcoming conservatives. But the main concern is whether it would lead to deep evolution of the human rights in the country. The ultimate objective is domination of human rights over the world, not merely winning leftists or socialists. Accordingly, the system will watching closely decisions and movements of Iranian left-wing and Rouhani administration. There is no doubt if they do not fully accomplish their human rights obligations and promises, the system must review its Tehran policy.
Every project needs another plan to be implemented: the main project, which must be is covert and its shadow that plays a misleading role.
The system must always have schemes for distracting Washington and London in order to comfortably realize its projects in the Middle East. And the most convenient way, is destabilizing their favorite order in all around the world including by cyber-attacks. But while both Washington and London were seeking to achieve a share of power in Saudi Arabia, Israel could take-over Riyadh by presenting a surrogate for Mohammad Bin Salman. Although the current surrogate prince has blood relationship with the dead prince but he is younger than Mohammad and also graduated in management in a Saudi university. No need to say, the surrogate must be accountable to Tel Aviv. And now, the system must barricade the possibility of the diplomatic ties between Saudi Arabia and Israel in order to disrupt their game.

The Big Time
Friends and allies should not be chosen from the victims.
First of all, the system will not take a new position on Qatar before stabilization of the situation, whether reconciliation or continuation of dispute among the GCC. Although, this hostility is a significant opportunity for the system.
There is no doubt that emergence of neo-left in the U.S., Europe and even Iran is an undeniable fact, which can be distinguished from the traditional left. Nowadays, traditional left plays in the ground of centrism, while neo-left is successor of traditional left’s former position. The approach of neo-left toward human rights can help it to improve in long-term. Thus, the newborn discourse of neo-left needs a powerful platform in order to achieve the political goals and does not have a similar fate like Greens.
Although the right to an adequate standard of living is a principle of basic human rights and elimination of poverty is essential but according to historical experiences, low-income classes cannot be considered a reliable support for the left-wing and socialists. In the fascism era, many of so-called "proletarians" left alone socialists to be sacrificed. Nothing has changed, in the U.S., the blue collars backed Trump for presidency and not a socialist candidate like Bernie Sanders. The middle class, was the main supporter of Sanders and if he considered human rights at his platform, he would certainly gain more success in the election.
Therefore, the issues of middle class and human rights must be on the agenda for the neo-left. In addition, be sure that supporting low-income class would not lead to capturing their votes. For obtaining low-income classes votes, one should only require someone to be able to contact them in a friendly by a non-political, non-academic and even non-revolutionary tone. Keep in mind, although low-income classes have the right to vote but it is not translated into their socialization and thus, they provide their own sub-culture against popular culture. And also, there is a grave difference between their needs and demands. Improving the economic level of their life must be their basic need but their main demand is to be practically recognized. The first step in the recognition is speaking with their specific literature while educated politicians has no tendency to it or find it as a sign of populism. But in fact, one should be a prophet at first to become a politician because it is a requirement to contact everybody just like their own social language, culture and even the level and capacity of knowledge. It is the true meaning of recognition of others including minorities, sub-cultures etc. Sometime a leader must take advantage of all his social and scientific position to be a nation's advocate and sometime he should forget all of them to achieve the same.

The intellectuals who have sacrificed their freedom for defending freedom, have opened the path to victory.
But first of all, the Manchester attack was an act against the whole world. From Yemen to Britain, the main source of this kind of violence and terrorism has been Saudi Arabia, and now public opinions in the West are not unfamiliar with this fact.
As it was predicted, conservatives entered the Iranian electoral arena by resorting to populist tactics. And Rouhani's victory that owes to freedom movement and his promises over restoration of basic human rights in the constitution, has proved the accuracy of the system's analysis and formulas on Iran.
But what is important, the greatest goals of human being. And it is expected, Rouhani's new administration take high steps toward them.
All leaders who could dominate human rights' values in the society or bring it down to fascism, took advantage of the mass movements and breaking or bypassing the law. And there is no difference between good and evil, Martin Luther King and Mussolini in this regard. Therefore, using the mass movement and organized circumvention of the law as leverages must be put into force, in order to revive the human rights in Iran.

But publishing articles in scientific journals might be impossible for some. Big publications often publish manuscripts through adopting widespread discrimination based on CV and content of the articles that should have establishment terms. Accordingly, scientific credit of those who only obey of Washington and mainstream Media will increase.
As a result of this scientific monopoly resulted, a specific group can enter politics easily or become mainstream Media specialist. These big publications like American Journal of International Law and their financiers monopolized the scientific movement.
These publications are responsible for applying widespread and targeted discrimination, which is totally against law and human rights. Therefore, the system must eradicate this scientific discrimination by all means and take the effective control of these publication in the U.S. in favor of people, human rights and the system.

A group plotted a coup in the system by spreading a trap. They wanted to purge 80% of members, which means absolute majority of the system are reliable and it is a success for all; unity is a collective victory!
All the persons who were involved in the plot must be purged. In addition, a part of US classified documents that are still new and very important must be given to Beijing. Also Wendy Sherman is warned to only select options that she can be taken accountable for.
Since promotion of health is one of main agenda of the system in the field of "Human Rights and Global Security", it is necessary to cure the disease of cancer that takes millions of lives annually.
According to the classified information, Canada and Britain could find cancer's antibody. They find cure for skin cancer and early stage of blood cancer. It is worth to mention though Canadian findings are newer but according to a report, the British cure is more practical and feasible. And the system must gain these findings and cures by all means.

Palestine: Political Stock Market
Hamas leaders can easily travel to different countries, while people in Gaza are unable to meet their basic needs under the Israeli-Egyptian severe siege. Certainly Palestinians need to the international support. But how Palestinian leaders have used the supports?
Palestine is a country as much as Israel is. Almost none of the countries in the Middle East recognize Israel as a country. In contrast to, Western states do not recognize Palestine as a country. It can be argued that in this case, Palestinian political situation has been better than Israel, because Palestinian neighbors recognized it as a country. But as long as the Palestinian leaders prefer to fight against themselves rather than conciliation, neither negotiation with Tel Aviv, nor wars result in ending Israeli occupation.
The system is ready to stop its support from Palestine in return for termination of Israeli leadership over human trafficking and women trafficking networks in the Middle East including Persian Gulf States and Iran. National Security and Human Rights
You do not need to be an expert to understand what is considered a threat to national security. Anything that violates three fundamental human rights which are included in Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (i.e. life, liberty, and security) can be considered a threat against national security.
It is clear that social discrimination against blacks in the United States may be a greater threat than ISIS and Venezuela to the America. Just ask ourselves how many American citizens have been the victims of such discrimination in recent months and how many of them were the Venezuela's victims in the same period of time?
This is the question that people ask themselves and finding the answer is not difficult. Washington promised to the people using the body camera by all the police officers in order to prevent the repetition of Ferguson incident. In spite of this promise, the White House as the organ that must submit the budget for the fiscal year have not considered and predicted any fee or certain fund to fulfill the promise. "The FY2016 Budget provides $97 million to expand training and oversight for local law enforcement, increase the use of body-worn cameras, provide additional opportunities for police department reform, and facilitate community and law enforcement engagement in ten pilot sites, with additional technical assistance and training for dozens of communities and police departments across the Nation."
What will be the share of body camera?!
Considering that the primary fund to make the goal of "Police Body Camera" realizable was $263 million.

Human Rights and Islam
One of the oldest principles of human rights is equality between men and women. And in this respect, some believed that Islamic Law is opposed to the principle.
Islamic Hijab:
Some claim that an obstacle to realize the goal of "gender equality" is Islamic Hijab. It should be said in response to the claim that according to Islamic Law none of the women are forced to wear uniforms or a standard-form dress in public spaces, although there are some restrictions on clothing. But in most countries of the world the restrictions on clothing is exist with the aim of protection of moral welfare, mental health and security. Nudity at public places is prohibited by law, for instance, in many European countries. As a result, Islamic Law does not violate the women's freedom in the case of clothing and appearance.
Special rights and benefits of Islam:
According to Islamic Law, men and women rights and legitimate benefits are divided in two categories: common (or identical) rights and special rights. The Human Rights of Iran
The system seeks to improve the human rights situation worldwide including Iran.
It could not be more obvious that if the system was willing to misuse the title "Human Rights" it would publish the classified documents of Iran or intervenes at Iranian intelligence operations of VAJA agents such as Shahrokh Estakhri and Amin Hayai. But the human rights cannot certainly be defended through terrorization.
Most activities of the system for the human rights including negotiating with governments are done secretly. It is believed that a starting point will be necessary in order to talk about everything and the point of similarity is the recommended outset.
"Child labour" is a very important issue since the Iran's govt. did not make any plan to solve it, and on the other hand, global institutions of human rights have not addressed the issue properly. Certainly if only the sections 2 and 4 of the Article 21 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran are fully implemented then this new problem would not be emerging. With this logic in mind, the Holy lawgiver held that "O, you who believe! Why do you say that which you do not do?!" "It causes Allah's wrath gravely that you say something that you do not fulfill." [Quran 61 (Al-Saff):2-3]
Without doubt, the system is not supporting any one unconditionally. The fight against extremism is the purpose to be realized by the system. And as Iran's leader, the predictor of ISIS falling and "Islamic Awaken" has thought, the sanctions against extremist individuals and persons in Iran will continue and it is not related and dependent to the result of P5+1 agreement under the title "nuclear program" with Iran. And it is expected that Iranians cooperate with the system in this regard and also about the system’s activities in Iran.
In this case, Kamran Bagheri Lankarani is having the hidden support of Army of Guardians. And it is necessary to take him off immediately with respect to ambitious and worrying plans of this organization.
And also, the system needs time in order to check and evaluate the text of nuclear agreement for achieving Iranian desired agreement.

Immigration Crisis: Human Rights and Security
Entrance to the domestic issues of a country is not accepted based on the political ethics principle. The U.S. domestic issues are not exception. But some of the issues are set in the circle of Human Rights and security, needless to say, they are considered as the exceptions to the principle.
The issue of Immigration Crisis (also called refugee crisis) in the United States is identified with both "Human Rights" and "Security" labels. Therefore, they must be addressed separately.
First: Human Rights
The laws of the nationality, residence and immigration are linked to each other. And without considering the related parameters, i.e. rules of nationality and residence the unilateral changes in immigration law may cause a vicious cycle. But on the other hand, not updating these laws in the arena represents the neglect of legislators in a country that is considered as one of the major immigration countries and in the period that is known as Age of Communications.
The laws in European countries, such as Germany, France and Finland are usually legislated by legal literature and technically. The exigency of codification about migration and its related parameters is undeniable and the legislators should pass the rules on the basis of this model framework.
Second: Security
Although the illegal entry of thousands unarmed children to America does not constitute a security threat to United Stated. But if this event is considered as a security test, therefore its result is certainly failure. After a few months of Immigration Crisis, the White House is unwilling to submit a bill about these issues to the congress in order to solve them and the congress does not put any bill on the agenda as well. So the system should take the initiative about both of the cases as soon as possible.

Father and Mother are the Rights of the Child
Today is our share and tomorrow is for today's children. I don't say that children are the heroes of tomorrow so look after them because they might have a different decision for the world. We want to give children, their rights and don't want to judge about future because the goodness and the badness of what doesn't belong to us, isn't ours, and the difficulty and the easiness of what doesn't belong to us, isn't ours.
Are the children that find themselves in the orphanages or the children who don't know who their parents were, the consequences of tsunami, earthquake or war?
No, none of it is true. In fact they're the consequences of the fathers that were forced to mature by the laws of nature. They're the consequences of the mothers who might bravely defend their interests but easily forget the rights of the child they bear in their womb.
Paragraph 1 article 18 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child states:
States Parties shall use their best efforts to ensure recognition of the principle that both parents have common responsibilities for the upbringing and development of the child. Parents or, as the case may be, legal guardians, have the primary responsibility for the upbringing and development of the child. The best interests of the child will be their basic concern.
The lack of the presence of the law that is the fulfiller of the word "ensure" is felt. I forgot to mention that the congress didn't even pass this convention!
Paragraph (D) article 16 of the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women states:
The same rights and responsibilities as parents, irrespective of their marital status, in matters relating to their children; in all cases the interests of the children shall be paramount.
In both of these conventions the term "responsibility" has been used. The question is: what's ensuring of performing this responsibility?!
Proper laws are passed for people escaping from paying taxes, but are there any similar rules passed for people escaping from the responsibility of parental responsibility?!

Children's Rights and Sex Industry
No one is forced to accept all of his/her rights. Nobody can be forced to defend his/her violated rights, but renunciation of rights is only allowed to the extent, that it's not against public order and the rights of others.
Article 6 of Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women states:
States Parties shall take all appropriate measures, including legislation, to suppress all forms of traffic in women and exploitation of prostitution of women.
Interpretation: The term "all forms of" was used in the above article. Thus, this means that this article includes all the forms, whose natures are based upon trafficking in women (sex industry).
But surely the purpose of founding this convention as it's clear from its title is to eliminate discriminations against women, and this article is written to defend the rights of women. Therefore, since women's rights are of the rights of adult person, then they have the freedom to acceptance or renunciation of their rights.
Regarding children's rights, an article similar to this has been written over the rights of children which are attended by Convention of the Rights of the Child in article 34:
States Parties undertake to protect the child from all forms of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse. For these purposes, States Parties shall in particular take all appropriate national, bilateral and multilateral measures to prevent:
(a) The inducement or coercion of a child to engage in any unlawful sexual activity;
(b) The exploitative use of children in prostitution or other unlawful sexual practices;
(c) The exploitative use of children in pornographic performances and materials.
The important point is, due to the low age of children, the fundamental responsibility of defending their rights, is on the shoulders of the society (the government, court, adopters etc.).Thus a child cannot renounce most of his/her rights. For example, a child cannot enter the pornography on his/her own will. In such cases, his/her will is invalid.
Considering that paragraph 1 article 18 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child states the following regarding the responsibilities of the parents or the keepers of the child:
States Parties undertake to respect the right of the child to preserve his or her identity, including nationality, name and family relations as recognized by law without unlawful interference.
And article 21 of this same convention states the following on adoption:
States Parties that recognize and/or permit the system of adoption shall ensure that the best interests of the child shall be the paramount consideration…
And also paragraph (B), article 5 of Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women states:
To ensure that family education includes a proper understanding of maternity as a social function and the recognition of the common responsibility of men and women in the upbringing and development of their children, it being understood that the interest of the children is the primordial consideration in all cases.
And paragraph (D), article 16 of this same convention which respectively states:
The same rights and responsibilities as parents, irrespective of their marital status, in matters relating to their children; in all cases the interests of the children shall be paramount.
And also paragraph (F) of that same article states:
The same rights and responsibilities with regard to guardianship, wardship, trusteeship and adoption of children, or similar institutions where these concepts exist in national legislation; in all cases the interests of the children shall be paramount.
We conclude that the interests and the rights of the child in all cases, including the cases with conflicts between the interests of the child and the rights of the parents, have priority.
Considering the above issues, we return to article 34 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The key point in this article is that, the convention used the term "prevent" for defending the rights of the child in this subject. Prevent means, preventative protection. Preventative protection is on the opposite side of therapeutic protection. Article 39 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, is an example of therapeutic protection which states:
States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to promote physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of a child victim of: any form of neglect, exploitation, or abuse; torture or any other form of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; or armed conflicts. Such recovery and reintegration shall take place in an environment which fosters the health, self-respect and dignity of the child.
The interests of the child have priorities in all cases, then isn't giving a child to a mother or a father that are active in the sex industry, against the preventative protection which is included in article 34 of this convention?!
In other hand, plurality of intercourse infects many active individuals in the sex industry, with the HIV virus. The important point in this disease is long incubation period. It may take between 2 and 3 weeks to years while test show nothing of infection in infected body meanwhile HIV-positive person is infectious during this period of time.
Which one has priority in the contrast between the freedom of sex industry and the risk of infection with HIV for children by the infected mothers?!
