21st Century: The Terror Era

The number of civilians who have lost their lives or got injured in the war against terror is indeed no less than the victims of terrorism itself. 
The strategy of Clinton administration in dealing with the terrorist regime of Taliban in Afghanistan was more realistic and less harmful than ‘War on Terror' doctrine of Bush Jr. All the extremist and violent groups or factions would create a terror era in their first and immature power stage. And in this regard, there's no difference between rituals and ideologies; from the Soviet Union and Maoist China to the revolutionary regime of Iran. 
If only corrupt and mischievous leaders are considered the origin of this violence, war could be an option but if the violence and extremist actions arise from a belief or culture like 'Salafism' or 'white supremacy', declaring war would lead them to remain at their immature power stage and therefore, terror era would continue. But if they are given the chance of completing their first stage of power, the world would be granted of the gradual collapse of the terror era. 
The acceleration and containment strategy could be the most convenient response to the current threat of Salafi terrorist groups. The purpose of the strategy is guiding them in a way to make the adult power stage accessible in the shortest time, meanwhile, the level and domain of their threats should be managed.

Israel-Palestine: R2P

A domestic issue with international side effects is a global issue.
The current situation governing Israel-Palestine cannot be found merely domestic issues of these parties. The dispute of Israeli and Palestinian states itself has been the origin of a few wars and emergence of militia and terrorist groups in the region, which are threats against all. 
The continues violation of human rights and humanitarian law by third parties like Hamas and Hezbollah under the shade of the dispute is now identified a constant parameter in this regard. Therefore, the world community and the major Arab states have this right to take advantage of all means to settle peace by invoking the principle of Responsibility to Protect. It is evident, the principle would legitimate any essential decision on behalf of Palestinian nation by the world community if the Palestinian state fails to accomplish its part. 
At the end, the model of multilateral negotiation among Israel, West Bank and the GCC is recommended.

Affirmative Interference: Tehran

Henry Kissinger has believed that carrot and stick should be used at the same time to be effective. 
As congress passed sanctions against Iran’s conservative individuals and organization, the system must facilitate political, economic and cultural investments in Iran in a tangible way, in order to simultaneously weaken the position of hardliners and strengthen the bargaining power of Rouhani against domestic conservatives over the subjects of human rights and regional issues. Although, John Kerry has sought to transfer a false message to Iran about the sanctions in order to back the stance of the Iranian right wing. 
Also nowadays security is a strategic commodity. Thus, there is no blame on Iranian intelligence for letting terrorists to implement their plan in order to have the upper hand over the Rouhani administration, though the intelligence were informed. Simply, it is a common practice in the politics. However, since Tehran is a strategic position, the system will try to fill this security vacuum. In this regard, based on classified information, Tehran city council is next target of terrorists, which should not be considered a winner card for conservatives anymore! 
Certainly the system intends to keep current role of Iran in the Middle East. Terrorism and Saudi Arabia are two major troubles of the region. The first one targets security and the second, is a threat to democratic movements and political independence of countries. Iran is the only power that efficiently confronts them.

After the Pause: Iran

The intellectuals who have sacrificed their freedom for defending freedom, have opened the path to victory. 
But first of all, the Manchester attack was an act against the whole world. From Yemen to Britain, the main source of this kind of violence and terrorism has been Saudi Arabia, and now public opinions in the West are not unfamiliar with this fact. 
As it was predicted, conservatives entered the Iranian electoral arena by resorting to populist tactics. And Rouhani's victory that owes to freedom movement and his promises over restoration of basic human rights in the constitution, has proved the accuracy of the system's analysis and formulas on Iran. 
But what is important, the greatest goals of human being. And it is expected, Rouhani's new administration take high steps toward them. 
All leaders who could dominate human rights' values in the society or bring it down to fascism, took advantage of the mass movements and breaking or bypassing the law. And there is no difference between good and evil, Martin Luther King and Mussolini in this regard. Therefore, using the mass movement and organized circumvention of the law as leverages must be put into force, in order to revive the human rights in Iran.

Lebanon and Terrorism

Lebanon is the only Arab country where Christians form around half of its population. Therefore, Lebanon is at a vulnerable position toward the danger of terrorism. Terrorist groups in the region may allow Muslims to survive by imposing tough rules and harsh condition but they never give other faiths such a chance. They would kill and enslave the Yazidis and the Christians. 
If Lebanon's Hezbollah has been a terrorist organization, Christians, Sunnis and those who do not believe to any spiritual faith but having fun in Beirut's bars must have been complaining about Hezbollah. But why none of them submit even a report against Hezbollah, which is a Shia political and paramilitary organization?! 
Traditionally, a terrorist group is one that tries to impose its own ideology or faith to others by force. While Hezbollah has a moderate attitude toward social and cultural issues and it has not attacked freedom of people in Lebanon yet though the domain of freedom might contradicts Islam and Sharia Law. Politically, Hezbollah committed to democracy and diplomacy and it never tried to abuse its military power to occupy Beirut by a coup while the present condition of the country could be tempting. In addition, it would be a useful training to sometime answer to arguments rather than repeating old allegations. 
Political instability of Lebanon is an evident fact and considering its own vulnerable position and critical situation of borders with Syria, strengthening Hezbollah is vital to keep counter-terrorism powerful. 
Removing competitor is the nature of politics and without a doubt Tehran, Bashar al-Assad, Hezbollah and perhaps Yemen’s Ansarullah are regional rivals of the West in the Middle East but eliminating them, thorough unusual, unprofessional and hastily acts could only create crisis. This approach of the Western States needs revision.

Help for Kirkuk

As Iranian President has recently said, the anger of Saudi regime has led it to wrong actions. 
Based on classified information: 
First, the next target of Saudi-Turkish terrorist coalition is Kirkuk province. 
Second, Iraq-Iran border may become unsafe. 
Third, a group of great capitalists have planned to send their money out of the US through state cover up that should be stopped by all means including execution. 
The only force that has ability to perform multinational operations against terrorism in an organize way is Iranian Revolutionary Guards. And it is significant to remove this hidden leverage of Zionism in order to achieve world peace. To realize this goal it is necessary that the Revolutionary Guards equipped with advanced weapons. Only weapons can stand and fight against the new wave of terrorism that are more advanced than known and conventional weapons. Obviously, the organizations that produce this kind of weapons are secret. 
So, first of all, $17 trillion must be withdrawn from the US banking accounts and given to the Revolutionary Guards. Second, these secret organizations should be requested to equip the Revolutionary Guards with new advanced weapons. 
Buying and selling non-lethal biological weapons and chemical weapons (which causes severe wounds in the body) is not acceptable. 
And it is totally essential to change the use of Revolutionary Guards' black sites.

A Blur of ISIS' Ideology

In order to eradicate the extremist groups, it should be fought against their ideology. And it should not be ignored that extremism is not an ideology but is a feature of a group of ideologies such as Nazism, Apartheid and Salafi jihadism. And everybody including journalists and politicians and even public opinion are well-aware of the fact that the ideology of ISIS is Wahhabism and Salafism. The origin of this ideology is Riyadh . The Western media frequently claim Saudi Arabia to be the leader of Sunni Islam. Do these claimer know about the Saudi official ideology? 
Who can claim among the media that Wahhabism and Salafism has the leading role in the Muslim world? 
Those who say that United States is not against Islam, mean that the Washington will not fight against Wahhabism and Salafism. And now the question is, whether Truman or Reagan could challenge the Soviet without undermining its ideology. 
However, this distinction should had be recognized that Marxism was not the same as Soviet's communism. And today this fact should be understood that the ideology of Salafists and Wahhabis is not according to the rules of Quran and the rational principles. 
Iran has identified the right path and can undertake the spiritual leadership of the Islamic world. But Kremlin might play as a game-changer against new opportunities of Tehran over the Iranian share in the gas market. Moscow's plan on the energy supply has been revealed through annexation of Crimea by Russia. And let alone that the Iranian nuclear program has never been identified as a "threat" without Russian approval at the UN Security Council.
And in the end, removing the source code is the only true option: terrorism. The source code must contain virus, thus, a new source code can be created. Needless to say, the person who owns the source code will be the actual operator of the world. 
For winning the war in Iraq and Syria, a new front should be opened: South Arabia.

To Rome and IAEA: On JCPOA

In the Washington's new hegemony the real ally of the United States is a country that is politically, economically and militarily weak. Accordingly, the White House has invisibly tried to invite its competitors to its allies' campaign. 
With respect to Italy's involvement in the refugee crisis, does it have an influential vote and role in resolving it?! 
Of course, most of the essential decisions of United States are taken by the system. And Italy certainly deserves to have greater share of power in Europe. 
John Kerry, whose private life is like John Holmes, contacted an Italian mafia which has close contacts with and has great influence on the Italian Prime Minister, Matteo Renzi. Kerry's goal is to maintain Iran's nuclear issue as leverage against Tehran. 
Rome knows the system but its natural friends may remember some memories of the system. So, they must know that a double-player, who plays for the interest of all sides in return for money and profit, is not acceptable for any side. And now, innocent Parisians have paid the cost of Hollande's double-game. Therefore, the system cannot be sorry for the terrorist incident that the system could easily block it but it did not. However, the French government has a chance to change its behavior until next planned terrorist operations. 
Iran's PMD issue must be terminated as a result of IAEA's report. In order to ensure, a list of the names of IAEA's spies along with their residence must be provided within 6 days. If that report cannot fully resolve the issue then the list will be sent to a number of centers of Iranian Revolutionary Guards.

Lebanon: Quadrangular Diplomacy

Various terrorist groups have activity in the Middle East as well as in the neighboring of Lebanon. Perhaps the only preventive factors of terrorist infiltration into Lebanese territory are lack of oil resources in Lebanon and the resistance of Hezbollah forces against the terrorists in some border areas of Lebanon. Terrorist groups need oil to continue their activities and lack of energy sources in a country reduces their widespread activities there. Therefore, destroying strategic areas of terrorists by obtaining the consent of Baghdad and Damascus governments is of the easiest options to exterminate the terrorists in Iraq and Syria. Oil refineries and airports are among these strategic locations. Commitment to reconstruct these locations can facilitate the satisfaction process of these governments. 
But an offensive operation is the best form of defense as most of the military experts are aware. So, the terrorists attempt to invade to several areas in Syria and Iraq to be able to buy time. The occupation of Ramadi in Iraq was done to achieve the same goal and caused Baghdad to cancel the liberation operation of Mosul. And it seems that achieving the oil resources of the Al Anbar province was the secondary objective of ISIS. The terrorists may attack Lebanon based on the same manner. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the issue of Lebanese political instability. 
A quadrangular diplomacy with Hezbollah, Tehran and Paris should be immediately started by the system in order to settle this issue. 
In the end, Israel's Shaked plan on Attorney-General job is under support of the system as a movement (or in other words, as a step) toward democracy.

Tehran: Political Industry

Certainly a requirement on the Iranian government for the economic reforms in the country was an unrelated clause to the nuclear program to be added to the nuclear agreement if there was any chance. 
Samuel Pisar, the real peace hero and the Holocaust survivor believed that the reform of the Soviet government through the involvement of its economic exchanges in the global economy would be possible. Undoubtedly, this pattern can be launched on Iran. 
Taking into account that the destruction of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan was certainly impossible without the cooperation of Iranians (and it is not of classified information). And Iran has been well proven that has the required potential to fight against international terrorism and ISIS. Also, Tehran is the chosen and the best actor for crafting of the "balance of power" against the wild powers in the region such as Saudi Arabia. Needless to say, it is the first necessity of the system in the Middle East. And it is worth mentioning that lifting the rest of Iran sanctions which are not related to the nuclear program but it is harmful for political credibility of Tehran, is possible. But it depends on Iran to defend its interest through the facts. The political map of the Middle East has changed. Baghdad and Erbil have appreciated the positive role of Iran in Iraq. Al-Qaeda is gone. Iran's support of some groups has fallen and Hezbollah is not immutable. 
So, the Iranian and West parties of the JCPOA agreement are expected to end the economic divergence. Iran is asked to put a priority on its chance in Western investments in the country and the West is asked also to try to avoid Iran's economy becoming the margin of safety of Moscow and Beijing. 
At the end, it should be noted that like secret prisons, Iranian nuclear program in not fully under the control and monitoring of the government. Therefore, it is possible to monitor it only through an international entity, i.e. International Atomic Energy Agency and the implementation of the JCPOA.

To France

Security issues to Paris and the Élysée Palace are very important. It is a fact that security is more highlighted from the view point of French politicians than many other politicians. 
There is no doubt that the system is seeking to establish friendly ties with other states through "interest linkage" and the French government is not an exception. Although it cannot be denied that some are traditionally opposed to the formation such levels of relations between the system and France. However, the traditionalism is invalid since it is a barrier on the way of interests and superior goals. 
The recent terrorist attacks in Paris was a joint operation from two different intelligence agencies. The operation was done by the intelligence agencies of the same countries which have previously done the elimination of the Total co. head, Christophe de Margerie. And none of the Russia and the U.S. had inferences in these operations. 
It is apparent that since the operations were designed by the intelligence of the governments, it was possible to avoid their implementations. So, frustration of operations was possible. 
And it is self-evident that if France will to link its interest with ones of the system, will receive the system supports and umbrella. It should be noted that the interest linkage is not like a contract of sale but it is an agreement on a cooperative.

The "White skin hen": A report

No "good" terrorist or mafia exists. All of such groups have been labeled with threat address. 
A Japanese terrorist-mob group has been recently formed in United States. The group which its leader is an American Japanese 54-year-old woman known as "White skin hen" could expand itself (especially in entertainment industry) in a short period time. (The woman was born in United States to a Japanese mother.) 
The group ideology is designed on the basis of Japanese Satanism, and even "masochism" is part of its manifesto and the specified ceremony is intended to be run for it. (Although the group members are usually trying to refrain from the disclosure of this section of their manifesto or use the word "sadism" in describing it; nevertheless the erotic video of the group reveals all the facts and truth.) 
This group is made with the aim of performing all types of inhuman terrorist operations (including against innocent people as well) such as murdering, kidnapping, torturing and etc. and some numbers of celebrities joint the group so far. Some of the known members are as follows: 
R Kikuchi (34 years old), K Momoi (62 years old), C Kuriyama (30 years old), T Tomita (48 years old), Y Kim (41 years old), C Wu (26 years old) M Kunis (31 years old), Katie Chang, Brenda Koo and C Ronaldo, the footballer. 
Those who have been separated from the group and give sufficient information about the connection codes booklet of the group and true information about its leader to the agents of the system will be immune but they are not member of the system anymore under any circumstances. The remaining members including the "White skin hen" shall be promptly destroyed.

ISIS and the U.S. Strategies

ISIS has been the most powerful terrorist group in recent decades according to the claim of many prominent political and military analysts. In spite of the fact, both rise and fall of the real power of ISIS have occurred in less than a year. Restraining the uncontrollable power of the terrorist group was the aim that fully realized during a few months after the emergence of its self-government. 
But, what would be the results if the desired strategy of right-wing was adopted? 
The result must be the same as wars of Iraq and Afghanistan. Iraq and Afghanistan wars with the aim of fighting against terrorism were lasted for years and damaged seriously the Unites States' economic and political body. It should be added that ISIS is more powerful than Taliban and Al-Qaeda, thus the beginning of a ground war against it might bring about more grave consequences to the U.S. than two previous wars against terrorism. 
While none of the Western politicians admitted the east Ukraine's rebellions could prepare heavy weapons lonely, we should not similarly affirm that ISIS' huge financial resources or the knowledge of this terrorists group on modern tactics and strategies of warfare are achieved without any help. 
In the end, ISIS was also pawn of the chess such as Ukraine's pro-Russians; the winner is the one who checkmates the "king".

Two brothers: A report

Two Iraqi children were kidnapped in Baghdad about three months ago. These two brothers with the ages of 7 and 15 years have lost their entire family members including father, mother and two sisters in a bombing last year. From then onwards they were living alone with each other and with no umbrella of any institute or legal guardians until a few months ago they were kidnapped by a terrorist-mob group and transferred to Turkey. Now they are captures somewhere in Istanbul. 
The group committed this criminal action is required to bring them to a legal entity in an Arabic country by the end of December 2014 without harassing them or even leave them alone. 
Definitely an Arabic country would be better for both parties; for these children whose mother tongue is Arabic and for kidnappers whose identity is not registered in that country. 
Otherwise, and if any action or omission is committed and realized unlike the demand, the group should be expected for the consequences of its crimes.
And in respect of this group and its express request, we emphasis, no agreement is valid in order to lower the dollar's value to create a social unrest and riot.

The PSYWAR of ISIS and the Western Media

The murdering of Peter Kassing, the American hostage by ISIS and releasing the video of this criminal act, proposes the question whether do not compensating instead of saving Kassing's life is acceptable or not. 
Given that a few months ago, five Taliban prisoners from Guantanamo were freed by the U.S. government instead of the freedom of an American hostage who was soldier, it must be admitted that the White House allows similar dealings. 
The following question is under consideration according to what was said: Is the White House decision about the issue of hostages who are arrested by ISIS acceptable or not?
Currently, the psychological warfare is ISIS' powerful weapon. Nothing more than releasing the video of the execution of a western innocent citizen can cause ISIS to be the winner of psychological warfare against the West (in public opinion). However, dealing with ISIS about the hostages could damage this destructive weapon of the terrorist group. 
It should be also noted that the mass media keep almost silent about Iraqi army widespread victories in battle against ISIS, or the media broadcast false news "audio file of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi" instead of publishing the real news about his too much injuries (which will probably lead to his death). This indicates that the media are not included as a western lever in PSYWAR against ISIS.

ISIS: The Separation

Some believe that ISIS was given a time. The basis for such a belief and claim is that the threat of ISIS terrorists was taken seriously only when the militants of this group occupied Mosul in Iraq.
In response to this claim, it should be said that until the past one year and a half ISIS has just been a terrorist group like any other terrorist groups (which was exclusively indirectly supported by Damascus in the Syrian Civil War).
Therefore, ISIS's power did not increase gradually but was suddenly boosted. In fact, ISIS could regain much strength when it was selected as a candidate for the project "heating of the geography" in the Middle East; a project which was directed by several groups around the world.
The Iraq war has clearly indicated that the terrorists are not fighting for victory but for the destruction. Terrorist is like someone who attempts a murder-suicide; he kills both himself and the others. So, hasty selection of military option in dealing with terrorist groups would not result in any outcome but failure. 
The clandestine strategy to destroy ISIS was based on two basis: First, to defeat the projects that ISIS was known as a major player (in order to remove the elements which was making sense of selecting ISIS for playing the game) and Second, the secret prosecution and removal of those who have been involved in the ISIS project (to eliminate external support from this group). 
These operations caused ISIS to reform an independent terrorist group, like other terrorist groups, so the design of destruction or deterrence would finally become possible. 
In addition of these, the resent message from one of Taliban branches to the ISIS contains some covert as well as overt points which are necessary to be reviewed:
There is no need to analyze overt contents, but it is important to explore the secret one.
If you concentrate on this part of the message which states to ISIS "set the competitions against each other aside", it is possible to reveal the content of the undercover message. The word "competition" has a negative meaning in this context and refers to some sort of dissension among high ranked ISIS members. Therefore it can be concluded that Taliban is playing a role as a double agent who reveals ISIS' confidential information and is not a real ally for this terrorist group. So, the threat of integration of ISIS into the Taliban has been already vanished.

The Tragedy of Wars

The fall of the two Arab dictators, Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi, were both victories that were achieved as a result of the successful application of military force. But both these successes became changed into failure after a while. Although todays' political changes in Iraq has raised the hope that the United States would once again return its victory in Iraq.
But the study of these failures can help to improve and modify future strategies.
Shortly after the fall of Saddam Hussein in Iraq, a new threat of "terrorism" threatened Iraq. The Bush administration correctly identified the threat that Sunni militias and Shia insurgents had caused in Iraq, therefore, in order to keep its victory in Iraq, the president George Bush decided to apply the military option, a costly options which could only buy time for the Bush administration, but could not solve any problem.
The unfortunate memories of the Iraq war and the frustration from the use of militarism to resolve global issues caused the act of "negligence" of Obama administration to the potential dangers that were threatening the Libyan revolution after the fall of Muammar Gaddafi. The lack of identifying these threats (, the threat of the emergence of extremist militias) caused a huge waste of the potential resources from which the United States and its allies could take advantage.

Mosul: Open Trap

Robert Michael Gates, Former United States Secretary of Defense, wrote in his book “Duty” that terrorism in Iraq was supported by groups of Iran and Syria. So this assumption exists that now also Syria and Iran are the major supporters of militant group, “ISIS”.
Supporting militant group “ISIS”, Bashar al-Assad could have put his fight against opposition under the title of fight against terrorism; and thus, legitimize it. On the other hand, by transferring “ISIS" terrorism from Syria to Iraq, Bashar al-Assad could actually alter the playing field and divert looks from Syria to another point. But, what needs to be considered is that now two thousand military forces of Iran have arrived in Iraq in order to support the government and fight against terrorists.
Some points are so important about this subject:
Iranian military forces entered Iraq, are a population of Army of the Guardians forces, and not Iranian Army (in other words, a Mafia organization which have found new linking bridges with Arabic countries, including Kuwait, and Qatar, as well as groups from Russia and the US). 
According to the fact that Iran always avoids military presence to maintain peace in the region, including Iraq's invasion of Kuwait, the fight against terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan; it can be concluded that this behavior of Iran doesn't have any adaptation with its previous behavior in the international arena. 
So, what is important is, understanding Iran's intention of presence of Army of the Guardians in Iraq. 
Finally, there is the assumption that Army of the Guardians is candidate for the project of “heating of the geography” in the Middle East, again; if this assumption is correct, it must be said that Mosul is a trap for Washington.
