Russia: An Unfinished War

Iran is one of the key issues in the Middle East. However, even dealing with Iran's threats alone can create opportunities, but the Russian issue is quite different. 
Bush's miscalculation and neglect of Moscow's threats should not be repeated. Nevertheless, the focus of the international community is on the Middle East. While neither Russia is weak enough nor even predictable. 
Russia's all-out the intelligence war in 2014 revealed a reality: Russian silence is just a disguise for their threatening projects. Currently, both Russian intelligence and survivors of removed Moscow-linked mobs are calling for a new war. They are looking for some sort of revenge. Needless to say, their ability has declined sharply since 2014. However, the system's members must be secured even in hell as a top priority. Therefore, a new war must be declared against all remnants of the removed mobs and all the groups in which they operate directly or indirectly. It can be considered a test for Moscow; if they do not want war, then they will not interfere in this fight, otherwise, and if the war is inevitable, the system itself will set the zero hour.

Russia and the Realpolitik

The deathliest weapon of modern Russia is no ideology or atomic bombs but the ability to take advantage of the realpolitik. 
In plain language, realpolitik means pursuing the ultimate goals without considering any manmade and abstractive redlines such as national pride, religion, ideology, custom, ethics or even personal arrogant and social credibility. 
The Russian realpolitik has provided a significant velocity and flexibility in political planning and engineering for Moscow, though the arrogant of the Kremlin leadership has made some unnecessary obstacles for the Russian government. 
In contrast, the system has also tried to boost its efficiency by crossing the line to obtain the absolute freedom in the game of politics, like Abraham, the prophet who sacrificed every manmade objective and subjective limiting elements of his era. 
It is evident, constant monitoring and analyzing the Russian realpolitik must be a routine agenda.

Russia: Trojan Horse

All who experience a sunrise are doomed to admit a sunset unless those who depart the day for the light before that turns into darkness. 
Kremlin's ambition for taking over the world leadership position is the essence of its politics and political patriarchy of Russian society. Russian people are typically not seeking for the true democracy but a 'father of the nation'. In such a situation, there is a faint chance that a progressive leader may arise and in contrast, all the pillars are directly or indirectly in the service of Moscow. Even the literature and arts become the 'Trojan Horse' and play a role alternative to Russian Intelligence. 
Therefore, first, all of the Russian pillars and not merely its 'Intelligence Service' should be widely identified as a threat or potential threat. Secondly, parameters of the balance of power would not be solid in the current altering world order; the political, economic and social situations of states in the east of Europe need more concentration. Needless to say, updating NATO's functions, guideline and objectives are required.

Venezuela and Russia: Side Effects

Sometimes a critical situation is not an opportunity but a test of values and commitments. 
Venezuela has been under the influence of sphere of Moscow for over two decades, thus any fundamental change in the state entails decisive will of people or closing a kind of deal with Russians.
Therefore, it should be noted that first, today’s situation of Venezuela and, political and economic instability in the country could be a serious warning to leftist parties in the Latin American states; so that the political weight of this message is way more valuable than the possible fall of the so-called "Bolivarian Republic". Secondly, since the economic body of the country is almost collapsed, its economic reconstruction would be time-consuming, costly and uncertain, so it is not recommended for the White House to risk its face over investment on any of the right-wing party or pro-Washington politician in Venezuela. Thirdly, interfering in the domestic affairs of Venezuela can give an excuse to Kremlin to retaliate, which is against the system’s top priority of security at home.

Neo-Capital

The Neverland belongs to the nowhere people! 
Culture, law and even force are means to control society but none of them are as powerful as the power of needs. Marxists point to capital and therefore, they have suggested that taking over the whole wealth of a community is translated into controlling them. Thus, the "Revolutionary Marxism" would not be a smart idea for regulating the world order. But how about taking control of the capital flow or capitalists networks?! 
An alternative and secret global financial mechanism must be built by the system, which should be able to offer unique advantages to capital owners. And definitely, their financial exchange would be free from all local and international regulations but the system's code and outlook. In short, there will be no shadow under the system's shadow. 
Needless to say, such a financial system will not be an option to be offered but a necessity of global security, which will take place in one way or another. And there is no doubt that Moscow, Russian oligarchs, and mob groups are among the main threats to the world security and the very financial mechanism must be established in a way to stop major financial exchanges with them as a whole. 
It is the world that can be believed; the one that can be lived!

Moscow: The Division Strategy

Russia is a real threat to the West including the US, European states and definitely Israel. Thus, Middle East issues or the current differences among the Western bloc should not distract them from the danger of Moscow. 
A divided Middle East or Europe is the objective of Kremlin. Russia's strategy could disturb the comfort zone of the West through the years. And meanwhile, it could play a critical role in almost every important negotiation table by taking a peaceful gesture including from Iran's nuclear issue to the Syrian and Ukraine crisis. Therefore, Russia has won a lot of points in this game; it has made the West believe that they really are dependent on Russia in the global leadership, which has improved Russia's political prestige. And let alone that Moscow geopolitically benefits from this procedure. 
It is more convenient to directly or secretly talk or negotiate with troubled parties rather than involving Russia to the negotiation table, just like the case of North Korea. This approach can gradually decrease the role of Moscow in the global management and the Western states can easily amplify the pressure against the Kremlin to stop the game.

Israel-Palestine: "Peace Against Enemies"

Although the Middle East has opened a widespread opportunities for the U.S. but the recent rapid developments in the arena of international relations and technology have raised the necessity for the Washington D.C. to gradually decrease its focus on the region and instead, strongly address the growing issues of Russia, China and new order in the east Asia. Therefore, the Palestine issue as the first and the most significant problem of the Middle East must be resolved. 
Definitely, settlement of the issue would be in favor of all sides including Israel and the major Arab states. Without a doubt, a permanent peace agreement between Tel Aviv and Ramallah could be also considered a geostrategic attack on Tehran. The predictable results of such a deal can put an end to the diplomatic isolation of Israel in the region and change the current balance of power against the Islamic Republic. 
According to historical experience, economic sanctions cannot singly realize a specific objective but also might provoke the rogue state to aggressive reactions. Thus, the Washington D.C. should target  geostrategic interests of Tehran in order to strengthen the functions of the recent sanctions.

Russian Mafia and the U.S.

The Russian mafia is a covert wing of the Russian intelligence but there is overt link between them. The mafia launches Russian agencies plots including money laundering, murder, kidnapping. According to the international law, Moscow is responsible for the mob's felonies. 
The Russian mafia may be considered a “mother mafia” based on its functions: It itself creates or sponsors other mob groups or gangs, which have been destroyed by the system through the times. And now, it is time to eliminate the US branch of the Russian mafia. 
It is convenient for the mafia to respect to the system’s rights and interests if they care about their European affairs. And also, the system is ready to expand the war against Moscow’s interests in the Latin America and Europe if it supports the mafia in the US.

Internal Security: Third Way

"…He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire." (Matthew 3:11) 
Without a doubt, the manner of the "mad king" in dealing with his enemies could be a fantasy of many, but the fear of its predictable consequences has made it into a role model for only "mad men". Therefore, eliminating the most dangerous enemies and frightening or threatening the other ones has been the only smart method in this regard. Nevertheless, it is evident that it cannot be called the "sheer security" because there are several kings outside; Russian intelligence and mob groups, for instance. And a threat will not be kept in quarantine for a long time. Accordingly, it should be eliminated. 
If a group or set has been identified as a threat, it must be fully eliminated including members and related persons to them. Since a rapid purge might bring about internal disorder and involve the system into an unnecessary war, the process of purge must take place through the time, which might take months and years depending to the case. 
And given the fact that the process of purge takes time, it should be backed and covered by "fear". There is golden formula for everything such a coffee. But the mentioned formula of every one might be different than the others; fear is not something typical; reputation, health, family are just some example that can be played by fear weapon. For now, the system's lab must work on pills or materials in order to disable specific the human body's organs or functions like eyesight, etc. 
The family members and friends of victims will be immune, if they are unaware about or against the criminal activities of them. Also, all the victims must be respected as they are human being, which is the right of everyone; moreover, the human rights have a sacred position in the system.

Post-Globalization Economies

Dependency is a known weakness. 
Economic globalization is as harmful as addiction to oil, in particular for major powers. 
The global economic ties can vanish the leading position of the sates due to deep dependency on their economic and commercial relations with rivals. Keep in mind, the basic leverage of the U.S. in the Cold War era against the Soviet, which gave the upper hand to the Washington in this regard, was not the NATO, but absence of effective economic ties with Eastern Bloc. 
Both the U.S. and Europe need to establish an alternative to the current economic world order, in order to reduce their economic dependency on China, Russia and emerging powers including India and Brazil, to make them immune against these world political players. 
At the end, the political and economic position of the West is good enough to lead the world, but it cannot be fully achieved until they do not release themselves from economic bonds of globalization.

North Korea: A Different Threat

It is not hard to know yourself; staying at your own position is matter. 
China and Russia are two main actors of the world and whereas the term "new world order" was initiated by the U.S. but Washington DC is not the player that is going to take over the globalization. War on Afghanistan and Iraq were the best post-Cold War gift to Moscow in order to get a recovery. And now, the White House is surrounded by small and unnecessary issues including North Korea. 
Although paranoid politics is not a wise approach but finding the climate change and subsequently, the Paris Agreement as Chinese hoax and dismissing the very Pyongyang play, is not politics anymore. As the North Korea case is in the question, China is enabled to benefits from the Korean conflict. 
Neutralizing the North Korean card is the best move in favor of constant security and against Beijing. At this point of time, the White House should concentrate on the world order, globalization, the current major and emerging actors such as India and Brazil.

Syria: Ace Card

The Syrian civil war is going to be finished. It is about time to pick up some to be considered loser. The Turkish desire for re-establishing Ottoman Empire has been vanished and Riyadh is at such vulnerable position so that not to be a threat. Russians are patient but there is not much time left for them to be the heroic winner, the one who "takes all". Moscow intends to be the kingmaker; Syria is not enough for Kremlin. And in this regard, Tehran, is scheduled to be played as a Ace card, while it is burned one. Since Iran itself is threat to Russian influence in Syria. Therefore, Moscow is not in a position to bargain on Iran. 
The system enjoys of regulating power over everything; so Russia has a chance to act its role or it will be performed by the system. Damascus must left Iran behind, no matter with or without Assad. And if Russians hesitate to pick up the phone and dictate the new order, the system incentive proposals and aids are ready to help Syrian government with making hard decision upon Tehran.

North Korea: Sleeping Samurai

Maintaining the balance of power requires active cooperation of global powers over the containing or distributing power. 
Japan is one of few world powers that lost the ability for active cooperation in forming global balance of power because of facing China and especially North Korea challenges. Keep this logic in mind, the winner cart of the U.S. in the World War II and the Cold War, was the distance from the scene, which was Europe. It is evident that as long as Japanese are concerned about the regional threat of North Korea, they have to impose some considerations to their international relations in favor of China, Russia and the US, which leads to a semi-passive foreign policy from Tokyo. In spite of that, the position of Japan toward Ukraine Crisis in 2014 was decisive. 
The winner of managing the North Korean crisis have been Russia and China since it made them able to use North Korea as a leverage for restraining Japan. So the crisis must be settled. 
In this respect, as the first step the system must initiate two tripartite and quartet talks: 3-party talks between Tokyo, Seoul and the System and 4-party talks including Pyongyang.

The Darkest Black Sea

The winner does not buy time, but shoots the seconds to his rivals.
The Black Sea and its own great sources will play a major role for European long-term politics. But now, as a result of illegal annexation of Crimea to Russia, more parts of the sea are dominated by Moscow. As long as the issue has not been resolved, inevitably the element of time could be taken advantage of against Kremlin. 
There are three different solutions for the above problem: 
First, retaking Crimea by launching a Western campaign, which might be a main reason of backing Ukraine Euromaidan Revolution. 
Second, implementation of scorched earth strategy against Moscow, like Syria through expanding sanctions and starting riots.
Third, fighting climate change from the point of fossil fuel energy. Achieving this goal would not be possible merely by lying on green tech, since this kind of technology is not affordable and fast enough. Investments on technologies and innovation that promote green technology to a competitive level is necessary in order to make green tech attractive for both macroeconomics and political economy. 
The system must put all of its efforts on realization of the above plans. But in respect of the third solution, the oil mafia must be overcome from the outset through peaceful or easier ways, which might be violent.

The Era of Terror-Security

After celebration… 
This round of the U.S. Presidential election was a great opportunity for the system to detect covered pro-Russians and sleeper agents. Simply, all of them must be removed immediately. The system must implement the order in all informational, political, economic and cultural fields in the United States. 
The result of the election was the consequence of testing capability of the system by Washington. 
Without a doubt, the Democratic Party could win the recent Presidential election if they did not intrigue against Sanders campaign or if they cooperate with the system over middle class and people. And certainly winning of Trump, the anti-establishment candidate in both primary and general elections indicated interference of the system against Republican since their decisions through the years were unacceptable in the view point of the system. Of course in the recent years, the White House and Congress did not have a proper relationship with the system and they inevitably paid for it. 
The positions of the system over Russia and Iran are considered red lines. Therefore, Donald Trump is requested to avoid withdrawing against Moscow, and also, stop animosity to Iran. Donald Trump is asked by the system to put an end to the Washington interference in the domestic affairs of Syria. In addition, people such as Rudy Giuliani, Chris Christie, Bob Corker and Newt Gingrich must have no place in the Trump administration. 
The system should present its favorable candidates for key jobs in Trump administration. Decisions of Donald Trump and Republicans at this stage, would determine future decisions of the system over the White House and Congress.

Syria: Unlimited Truce

To stop the war in Syria arms shipments to Syria must be stopped.
Bashar al-Assad and Russia have similar viewpoints about the Syrian crisis. Moscow backed down from its position in the Ukraine Crisis but it does not want to the same on Syria. 
The system calls for peace in Syria and it will do everything to accomplish this goal. Thus, Iran is requested to temporarily stop arms shipment to Syria. Because weapons motivate wars, and Syria does not need a war but diplomacy. 
Needless to say, Russia and Assad cannot continue this war without the assistance of the system and Iran. This means that the end of war or full implementation of the ceasefire is not dependent on the decisions of Bashar al-Assad and Moscow. The system and Iran's withdrawal from the war will force Syrian president and his Russian counterpart to accept peace and diplomacy with good faith.
Russia has proved its ill will toward Iran. Moscow could immediately send S-400 to Syria and confront international criticism, but even after the lifting of sanctions to Iran, it does not send S-300 to the country. Accordingly, a secret of the recent gift of King of Bahrain to Putin, which was a unique sword, and Russia-Israel relations can be decoded. 
There is no doubt that if the West gives proper concessions to the system and Tehran, leaving Russia and Assad behind will simply be possible. 
In the end, $200 trillion must be withdrawn from the US banking accounts and transferred to Europe in order to increase the bargain ability of the system in any cases. $500 billion of this fund should be given to Iranian government to solve environmental issues of the country. And it is worth to mention that Zionists could easily repair the Israel’s economy, which is on the edge, but they did not because they have had no real ties with the Israeli community.

After Hibernation of the Russian Bear

The threat must be answered by an attack. 
None of the crises of Syria and Ukraine and even the issue of sanctions could stop Russia from designing an expansionist plan. According to classified information, Moscow has designed an expansionist plot where some targets have been set in the Middle East, Europe and even the United States. 
When all were asleep, Russia stole Crimea and began the first great intelligence war of the twenty-first century against the West. Russia will return to continue the war because Moscow has designed a plot. This war and also success of the system is unavoidable. 
After the end of crisis in Syria and the lifting of sanctions on Russia, increasing strategic cooperation of Russia with Arab and European countries becomes possible. If this war began when Russia dominates the Black Sea and the Middle East, and anti-Moscow sanctions have been suspended, the victory in that war would be costly. So Moscow should not be allowed to rise up.
Therefore Russia's vulnerabilities must be identified. And it is important to be known that an only attack is valuable which does not result in a counterattack.

The U.S. Elections: About a Neglected Spot

The system has some goal and what will make these goals to be achieved is that the system performs its guarantees in the form of alternative projects. 
15 years ago the system needed candidates who were able to implement its plans, but today the system has enough power not to require the US support. The system does not need a politician to launch a war or declare peace, negotiate or impose sanctions and make interventions or give green lights on behalf of the system. The system prefers the White House not to interfere in the US internal and foreign affairs. What the system wants is that neither the right-wing nor the left-wing have a fundamental decision-making power. Now, considering that Congress is under the control of conservatives and the White House is led by the Democratic Party, this goal has been realized. This situations leads to the formation of power vacuum in Washington, and the system is the only power that can fill this vacuum. It is apparent that such a Washington is unable to pass the federal budget, let alone the "gun control"!  Therefore, changing the situation is not in favor of the system. So, the review is needed for the system's favorite's candidate. 
And in respect of the Middle East: 
Given the fact that Moscow policies are adopted emotionally and unconsciously, the system prefers not to take any new decision on Russia until establishing the new conditions on Russia-Turkey relations or returning to the former status. 
Under the project "Secure Order", all illegal intelligence agencies should be removed. Therefore, the list of names and places of IAEA's spies and also, 2015 Mina disaster's documents and all related data must immediately be sent to 11 Revolutionary Guards Corps centers in Tehran. (The security of the spies' family members is the system's redline.)
And it should be said that cinema belongs to the youths, so it should be led by youths. The system will only invest on the very young actors and directors in the Iranian cinema. It is hoped that Islamic Republic's authorities embrace this idea so that a new wave of Iranian-Islamic cinema is started.

A Blur of ISIS' Ideology

In order to eradicate the extremist groups, it should be fought against their ideology. And it should not be ignored that extremism is not an ideology but is a feature of a group of ideologies such as Nazism, Apartheid and Salafi jihadism. And everybody including journalists and politicians and even public opinion are well-aware of the fact that the ideology of ISIS is Wahhabism and Salafism. The origin of this ideology is Riyadh . The Western media frequently claim Saudi Arabia to be the leader of Sunni Islam. Do these claimer know about the Saudi official ideology? 
Who can claim among the media that Wahhabism and Salafism has the leading role in the Muslim world? 
Those who say that United States is not against Islam, mean that the Washington will not fight against Wahhabism and Salafism. And now the question is, whether Truman or Reagan could challenge the Soviet without undermining its ideology. 
However, this distinction should had be recognized that Marxism was not the same as Soviet's communism. And today this fact should be understood that the ideology of Salafists and Wahhabis is not according to the rules of Quran and the rational principles. 
Iran has identified the right path and can undertake the spiritual leadership of the Islamic world. But Kremlin might play as a game-changer against new opportunities of Tehran over the Iranian share in the gas market. Moscow's plan on the energy supply has been revealed through annexation of Crimea by Russia. And let alone that the Iranian nuclear program has never been identified as a "threat" without Russian approval at the UN Security Council.
And in the end, removing the source code is the only true option: terrorism. The source code must contain virus, thus, a new source code can be created. Needless to say, the person who owns the source code will be the actual operator of the world. 
For winning the war in Iraq and Syria, a new front should be opened: South Arabia.

Middle East: "The Joy of Dealing with Russia"

Let us make all sure, the fourth "expansionism war" has begun and it will not end soon. One will win the war that does live with not inside it. 
Maybe some member of the system do not know that Donald Trump has been to Cuba twice in the current year. But most of the members must know this fact that Russia has recently released an old and unseen video of Mohammad bin Salman in order to hide the death of this Saudi prince. The acting of Putin in favor of Riyadh was surprising. 
According to the classified information, Moscow has agreed to play the role of mediator in the Yemen war in order to rescue the Saudi regime from the war. And Riyadh needs a neutral power to put an end to its failed strategy. 
Simply, Moscow is not qualified for this role. But the UN and Oman are proper options. The message of the system to Saudi Arabia is: "Win this war if you can." 
Also, since Britain and EU have no military intervention in Syrian crisis, so they can quickly change their positions on Bashar al-Assad. And those who have had direct intervention may suddenly be isolated or win the war. London and EU may adopt new position on Syria six months or a year later. And what will happen if Washington continues to be involved in the Syrian civil war at that point of time?! 
Although it can be still confidently said that Moscow cannot win the war but precautions are necessary. According this, Donald Trump position on Syria is an alternative option to increase the political capacity of Washington. Thus the option of "safe exit" is considered for the strategy of the United States on Syria. However, this is not end of the game, but it is a guarantee. 
The disappointed and loser player is dangerous. So these two options will be given to the Syrian president, Bashar al-Assad and Gen. Mohamed Heikmat Ibrahim: Launching a new chapter of Syrian crisis and the other, oversea fight against exporters of terrorism including Riyadh and Ankara. It is expected this offering be responded within the 72 hours. Obviously, if it is rejected, the system will automatically put the first option on its agenda.
